- Use: Evergreen rush has an upright habit that adds wonderful texture to the landscape or mixed pots. The round stems are very narrow and form a gracefully arching mound that eventually grows to three feet tall. Thrives in moist to wet conditions but this variety is tolerant of a wide range of soils, including clay and handles drier soil.
- Looks great as a thriller in a large container planting. Place at the edge of ornamental ponds or creeks. Rush is a native plant used to restore wetland areas, filtering the water and providing habitat for wildlife.
- Clumping habit to three feet over time. can stay in a large pot for several years.
