This one has been popular for many, many years and for good reason. It's fantastic in hanging baskets and will really trail over time. It is also happy in mixed planters where it will cascade and be the "spiller" in a mixed pot. Many people don't realize it's a sedum and it is not as cold hardy as many of its ground cover cousins. Long stems with rows of fleshy, tear-dropped shaped leaves can be snipped off and re-potted to make new plants.
