Echinacea are considered one of the finest border perennials. ‘Magnus’ has larger flowers than the wild native. Butterflies love the flowers, birds love the seeds, and gardeners love the generous long-lasting bouquets. The flowers start up in early summer, then continue until frost. As with all Echinacea’s they attract birds that love to eat their seed-filled cones in autumn and winter months. No perennial garden should be without this dependable plant that gives so much, yet asks for so little in return.
